Andrew followed his family traditions of India and Soldiering. The former through his education at Haileybury (The Old East India College) and the latter as a cavalry officer with the 17/21 Lancers and the Royal Gloucestershire Hussars.
By profession he is a management consultant specialising in strategy and personal development. His other great passion is conservation where he is championing the sustainable management of the European Eel. He is married, has three children and lives with his wife Tance in rural Gloucestershire.
